If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I have made the cake and it was really easy. Unfortunately it's bitter and inedible. I used navel oranges and they had no seeds but the pith was thick.

Really easy and delicious. Next time I might put some rind into the cake mix as I like a really strong flavour. I found it made a lot of mixture, so made 3 muffins as well as a loaf.
    Will definitely make again.
