  • Quick & Easy Recipe...

    Quick & Easy Recipe

I was looking for a cake to use up some of my passionfruit and was excited to find this recipe which was so quick and easy.

I only used 100gm sugar (still sweet enough) and baked the cake for 30 mins in a 20cm ring pan which was a good size for this smaller cake recipe.

Made a a quick passionfruit icing with icing sugar, melted butter/milk and the pulp of one passionfruit.

    Delicious!

Yum! I just made these GLUTEN FREE (simply substituting with Orgran Gluten Free SR Flour) & they turned out perfectly. I doubt they will last for lunch boxes. Thanks for sharing such a quick & simple recipe.

Wonderful recipe, I also melted the butter first

And then only added 100 grams of sugar.

Cooked this for only 15 minutes in a flat pan.

    Turned our delicious.

    Thanks for posting the recipe.

Yummy, but I may of had too much pulp, was very moist, will not use so much next time, tho, our passion fruit are huge...I also reduced the sugar. Yumm

    I hope you don't mind, I added a photo!

Made these as some cupcakes today and they turned out wonderfully. Just cooked them for 15minutes at 180 degrees.

I also made melting the butter the first step to make them even easier! Also used 3 Passionfruit as we have a bumper crop at the moment and trying to get through them. Thanks for an easy, tasty recipe. Will make again.
