- 100 g pitted dates
- 100 g almonds
- 150 g rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tsp Maca powder
- 2 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- 50 g Flax seeds
- 60 g Maple syrup
- Coconut, for sprinkling (optional)

Recipe's preparation
- Measure dates into TM bowl. Chop speed 6 for 10 sec.
- Add almonds. Chop speed 7 for 6 sec.
- Add remaining ingredients except coconut. Combine, speed 4, for 10-15 sec.
- Press into lined tin, sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice into whatever size pieces/bars you like. I make small, bite sizes pieces, it is quicker and easier than rolling into individual balls.
