  • 100 g pitted dates
  • 100 g almonds
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp Maca powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 50 g Flax seeds
  • 60 g Maple syrup
  • Coconut, for sprinkling (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    • Measure dates into TM bowl. Chop speed 6 for 10 sec.
  1. Add almonds. Chop speed 7 for 6 sec.
    • Add remaining ingredients except coconut. Combine, speed 4, for 10-15 sec.
    • Press into lined tin, sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate until firm.
    • Slice into whatever size pieces/bars you like. I make small, bite sizes pieces, it is quicker and easier than rolling into individual balls.
