I thought this was nice, however I found the pumpkin flavour a little too strong. I would have preferred a more cake like texture and flavour with less pumpkin and more flour added. I also used sultanas. Thanks for sharing. tmrc_emoticons.)

I made this with sultanas and into muffins. My 4yr old likes them warm with a bit of honey on top. They are a great little filler for after dinner with a cup of tea or a good morning tea snack. Will definitely make again.

Not a crumb left in the house!

My cupboards were pretty bare so I had to improvise - sweet potato instead of pumpkin, only one egg so I added a scoop of chia. Slightly overcooked as the school pick up took longer than expected so whiped together some butter and honey (had only used 50 grams of honey in bread) and used as a glaze over the top. Miss 4 had selected the heart cake tin to bake in. Will be a regular here, love a sneaky vegetable recipe! Thank you

This was absolutely beautiful. My 4 year old visitor who is a fussy eater ate so much of it that I had to make another loaf the next day.  Couldn't find spelt flour at the supermarket so just used bakers flour.

I used sultanas instead of berries, regular self raising flour,  and only 50g honey.  I also baked them as muffins so it didn't take as long. Turned out great!
