  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 200g raw sugar
  • 50g melted butter
  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • a splash rum, optional
  • 400g poache dquince or pears chopped

Recipe's preparation

    cake
  1. chop almonds 5secs/speed 9 scrape down add rest dry ingrediants and mix 5secs speed4 set aside


    add raw sugar and eggs and mix speed4/2mins


    add butter/ eggs/yoghurt/rum and mix 5secs speed5


    add dry ingrediants andmix 5secs /rev/speed4  stir through with spatula the chopped /drained quince or pears ,put in to prepared pan and cook 180 for approx 40mins.i cook to high heat so id advise to turn off fan or lower heat still delicious
