Recipe's preparation

    pastry
  1. place lemon zest/sugar/flour into bowl and mince for 10sec/speed 8-9

    add butter and mix for few seconds speed 5

    then add egg and 1/2 mc of cold water and set on interval speed look through lid to see if dough has come together you can add a little more water at this stage.roll into ball and put in fridge for half an hour

    roll out to fit tin i used one with removable base buttered,put a good amount of fruit mince recipe is on community and lattice top with spare pastry cook approx 30mins
