  • 1 egg
  • 125 grams Rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla powder or paste
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 125 grams Gluten free plain flour
  • 250 gram buckwheat flour
  • salt, Pinch
  • 125 grams chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

    Choc Chip Cookies - Sugar & Gluten Free
  1. Add 125g butter, 125g rice malt syrup, vanilla, blend 1 min @ 3

    Add 1 egg, blend 1 min @ 3

    Add dry ingredients, blend 40 secs @ 4

    Add choc chips or choc variations, blend 30 sec @ 2

    Create into small balls and bake @ 160 for 20 mins, swapping trays at 10 min mark if you have two trays, one on top and bottom.

Tip

Alternatively for Chocolate dipped cookies: melt dark cooking chocolate (or favourite chocolate) and dip cooled cookies into melted chocolate, please on baking paper and refrigerate to set.
