Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

So quick and easy. A treat I can give my kids without loading them up on sugar! I thought it was the perfect sweetness for our family who likes treats with a healthier flavour. I used 2 teaspoons of baking powder instead of tablespoons. It was still very undercooked at 30 minutes and ended up doing another 15. Was moist and gooey to eat when warm, yum. Kept it in the fridge and it firmed up nicely there for snacks the next day. I haven't tried freezing yet.
Not a fan sorry it's not
Not a fan sorry it's not turned out anything like I expected it to. Way to wet, can taste the baking powder, and the cacao is very strong. Maybe I stuffed it up ??
Sorry, but this was terrible.
Sorry, but this was terrible. it didn't set but burnt on the top. itwasnt a nice brownie texture or taste at all. So many other things I could have done with a kilo of sweet potato!

Thank you, this is the best brownie recipe, so easy and delicious. I only used 2 tsp of baking powder and cut down the maple syrup to 100g but thats just personal taste and sometimes I throw in some dark choc chips. Perfect for the lunchbox, the kids absolutely love them!!

Is 2 tablespoon baking powder
Is 2 tablespoon baking powder correct? It tastes very salty. Otherwise, texture is good. Also not very sweet.
No need to cook the sweet
No need to cook the sweet potato first (I just use the regular orange ones). like the other reviews, I've found it takes much longer to cook and I find the recipe not sweet enough so I either add more maple syrup or dust lots of icing sugar on top.
Do you cook the sweet potato
Do you cook the sweet potato first?
which sweet potato do you suggest
