      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly to whisk egg whites (1min/speed 3.5). Set aside.

  2. Without washing pot, remove butterfly and add (B) (5 sec/mc/Speed 5)

  3. Add (C) (10 secs/MC/Speed 5) x 2 times

  4. Fold in egg whites in clockwise direction until thoroughly combined

  5. Spray oil on waffle maker, pour the batter in. It's ready when no more steam is released. Enjoy!
