Ingredients

Base

  • 3 Weetbix
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 80 grams coconut oil
  • 50 grams raw sugar (optional)
  • 125 grams Butter

Caramel

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 grams Butter
  • 90 grams golden syrup

Chocolate Top

  • 200 grams dark chocolate

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, add all base ingredients to the TM bowl.

     

  2. Mix on speed 6 for 30 seconds or until combined.

  3. Spoon and smooth into a slice tine lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes

     

  4. Caramel
  5. 5 minutes before base is ready,  add all caramel ingredients to TM bowl and set for 5 mins on 50 degrees on speed 5.

  6. Pour caramel over base and bake for a further 5 minutes.

  7. Chocolate Top
  8. Add chocolate to clean TM bowl and mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds.

  9. Melt chocolate in TM bowl for 2 minutes, 50 degrees on speed 3

  10. Pour over cool caramel and smooth out.

Tip

I make mine without the raw sugar in the base, I don't think it needs it as the caramel is sweet enough for the whole thing.

    Somethings not quite right with the measurements for the base? Didn't set in cooking- and seemed very runny before cooking??

    tmrc_emoticons.(  I'm not sure if the time for  cooking the caramel in the oven is wrong but  mine didnt work I have a base with  condensed milk instead of caramel
