Tip
This is delicious with red velvet cake or other cakes that arent too sweet eg lemon cake. As it is a very sweet icing it may be too rich for very sweet cakes.

The other chocolate cream
The other chocolate cream cheese icing on here uses cacao and icing sugar but could I use this recipe and exchange white for milk chocolate?

A beautiful icing I did a 5th of all igredients as I only had a little bit of cream cheese left over. It iced 9 muffins generously so if doing a batch of 12 muffins I would do a third of the mix and it would still be plenty. Hubby loved it and he is not a fan of icing. Will be making this again for sure. Thanks for sharing.

Delicious! I halved the recipe, and added some blackberry & blueberry powder to make a berry frosting. This made enough to pipe onto 18 small cupcakes with some left over.
Thanks!
