Cupcakes

  • 220 g raw sugar
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 90 g white chocolate
  • 130 g Milk
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut essence, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Cupcakes
  1. 1. Put sugar in TM bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 7.

     

    2. Add butter, chocolate and milk and heat 80 degrees, 3min on speed 2. Check mixture is melted and if needed out on for another 1-2min.

     

    3. Add all other ingredients mix for 10seconds, speed 7.

     

    4. Pour into muffin tin and bake 170 degree oven for 30min.

     

  2. Ganache Icing
  3. 1. Put chocolate and cream in TM bowl. Melt for 2min , 50 degrees at speed 2.

     

    2. Allow ganache to cool until spreadable.
