- 190 g rolled oats
- 1 tspground cinnamon
- Good pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 g Shredded coconut
- 380-400 gvery ripe bananas roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 55 gorganic coconut oil or other flavourless oil
- 180-200 ggood dark chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)

Recipe's preparation
Preheat
oven to 180ºC. Line 2 large trays with paper and set aside.Place
almonds into TM bowl and mill for 8
seconds on speed 10.Add
remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix for 5-6 seconds on speed 6
with the aid of the spatula.Add
choc chips and with dial set to "Closed lid" closed
lid position, knead for 10-15
seconds on "Dough mode" Interval speed.Using
a dessertspoon, drop dollops of mixture onto prepared trays about 5cm apart.Bake
for 15 minutes until well cooked on the base.

My children loved these. I did half dark choc chips and half sultanas. I also made them half the size so they were a more child friendly size to eat. I can see me making these again soon.

Moist little morsels of goodness. I was looking for an oat, banana cookie (probably more like a muffin texture) .. as I've made them before without my thermie. This one is great. Trying to avoid choc atm I also used 65g chopped medool dates and 65g sultanas. Perfect...Thank-you for the recipe!

An amazing recipe that even baked well in my fan forced oven. I made them with dates and sultanas instead of choc bits. This asked for a few minor changes:
Next time I will chop dates first as they were too chunky.
i will also lessen the amount of dates , as I found the taste too sweet.

Have made these twice and a hit both times. The first time original recipe. 2nd time replaced choc chips with chopped dates and sultanas for a healthier version. These are really tasty biscuits that are very healthy. Will become a regular recipe of mine from now on..... Thank you.
