Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160*C, and line 2 trays with baking paper
Combine butter and sugar 2 min/70*C/speed 1
Add remaining ingredients and combine 30 seconds "Dough mode"
Using portions half the size of the TM spatula blade, roll into balls and flatten gently with a fork, approx 12 bikkies per tray.
Cook for about 12 minutes or till they smell irresistably delicious.
We tend to put one trayful immediately onto wire racks to cool which makes them softer for school lunchboxes, and leave the next set on the tray to cool which makes them crunchier and therefore ideal for dipping into a cup of milk or a hot milo.
