Zesty Lemon Moon Dough
- 2-3 Lemon peel
- 350 g Almonds meal, Blanched or unblanched
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 egg whites

- 150 g sugar
- 2-3 juice of lemon, Use the lemon remaining from the dough preparation

Recipe's preparation
Place Lemon peel in TM bowl, chop 20sec/speed 7 (ensure chopped finely)
Add almond meal, sugar and salt, mix 10sec/speed 5
Add egg whites mix 30 sec/ "Closed lid" /"Dough mode"
Ensure dough is mixed completely and take out of TM bowl.
Roll out on ThermoMat, if sticky, use a little sugar to roll the dough out on. Roll to 5-7mm thickness and place on baking tray with baking paper.
Allow to dry for 5-6 hours.
