  1. Measure oats, chop finely on speed 10 for 20 seconds.

Add banana and eggs and dash of maple syrup - mix together on speed 6 for 30 seconds.

Heat a small non stick frypan and add batter, cook on high until bubbles form, flip and cook on the other side until cooked through.

A healthy, simple and delicious recipe. I added 1/2 tsp of baking powder and a tsp coconut sugar (because we were out of maple). Kids ate them all up with requests for more!

It's a winner! 80g oats, 2 bananas, 3 eggs (as recipe states), omitted maple syrup and added vanilla essence and cinnamon. Lowered heat after first one, to medium heat. Made into pikelets and served with fresh strawberries. Yum!

Excellet recipe - made 3 large pancakes and followed instructions as if making 3, but replaced 30g oats with normal SR flour, added 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbs Greek yoghurt, 3 tbs vanilla protein powder - scattered frozen blueberries into pancakes straight after pouring batter into frypan. Came out awesome.

Excellent healthy pancakes. 2yo chef loved them. Omitted the maple syrup, doubled the mixture and made approximately 20 pikelets. Will make again. Update: best served immediately as less appealing when cold.
