I liked this - I don't like sweet breakfasts so this was just enough for me. It did 5 pieces of helgas bread although maybe I soaked it for longer than I should have. Good way for me to get egg into my little one!

I wanted to like this recipe, truly! But it was pretty bland to my taste- not sure if I am just used to a sweeter French toast though. I also found this recipe only covered 4 slices of Coles brand bread, which was annoying because I really needed the 6! Followed the recipe to a T so not sure why it could only make 4 slices.
