  • 300 grams peanuts, Unsalted
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe's preparation

    Simple Peanut Butter

  1. 1. Process peanuts for 30 seconds speed 9 


    2. Add the oil 


    3. Reduce to speed 5 for 90 seconds 


    4. Ready to eat!

    The time and speed process the nuts to a nice, smooth consistency.  Added some salt and sugar - not much.  One tablespoon of oil was enough.

    I've left out the oil it seems smooth and oily enough without the oil. Does this mean it won't last as long?  Tastes  great.
