Tip
To serve...
Gently crack your cooked egg into a small bowl, then use a spoon to transfer the egg to your meal - this will allow you to leave behind the 'loose white' from older eggs. There's an art to cracking them - I like to crack the side firmly on a flat surface, then without hesitation break the shell in two halves - practice makes perfect haha.
Finding the perfect egg 'done-ness'...
Some enjoy runny yolks, some enjoy theirs a little more firm. If at first you don't succeed, add or subtract time when you make them next! You'll soon find your yolk sweet spot!
Yolks & time aside, please expect a beautiful soft & custardy egg white (not a firm egg white).

Recipe is created for
TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

OMG!!!! I love poached eggs and thought I scored by learning how to poach them with blade cover but this is even better because less mess and less fails than when I use blade cover🤣.
I tend to forget to get the eggs out the night before so I just do straight from fridge but run under water and add slowly to prevent cracking and I do 12mins and turns out lovely.
