      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180degrees c

    line a loaf pan 10*20 cm with baking paper

    Melt butter on2-3 minutes  speed 2 temp 80degree

    Add bananas mix 5 seconds - speed 5

    add all ingredients mix 5 seconds speed 4

    pour mixture into prepared tin

    bake 55- 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean n dry

    cut into slices and butter to serve

     

    i use 3-4 bananas depending on size
