I've never made butter before. Do I need to make the butter and buttermilk to make these, or can I just use store-bought butter milk and butter?

I have an evil oven that takes ages to heat up. I'm concerned that putting these into a cold oven, for 15 minutes, won't work for me, as by that time the oven might only have gotten to 100 degrees. I will be trying it, but I'm not certain of success with that info - I might need to adjust it for my oven.

I made tese last night to
I made tese last night to accompany a rather soupy lamb shank and white bean casserole. They turned out beautifully, very quick to throw together and light as a feather. We ended up having three each!, I even went back later and had another for a snack with butter and apricot jam. Just as good cold. Will reheat for tonight with leftovers. Will definitely make often, maybe try with some chia seeds next time. Thanks for a great recipe!
