Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into the bowl and mix speed 6 for 7 seconds. Knead on interval speed for 2 minutes.
Proove for 30 minutes and bake on 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let cool before serving.

Made this tonight after browsing for something easy to throw together for an after dinner treat. Delicious slathered with butter. Great alternative to banana bread. Hopefully will be just as nice tomorrow. DH thought it needed to be a little sweeter. I wonder if it can be toasted?
