- 100 grams raw almonds
- 100 grams raw cashews
- 25 grams psyllium husks, (5 tablespoons)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan/Celtic Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons No Egg Replacer
- 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 250 grams Boiling water

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place almonds, cashews and psyllium husks in TM bowl and grind for 10 seconds at speed 9. Add baking powder, No Egg and salt and turbo 3 or 4 times to combine.
Add 1 tbsp water and vinegar and knead for 20 seconds.
Weigh in boiling water (MUST be boiling) and knead immediately for 1 minute.

Fantastic recipe and super easy to make!! My son is allergic to milk and eggs and doesn't do well on gluten. These will be a staple in our house from now on. I especially loved the texture They were fluffy and soft not dense at all like some gluten free breads. Thanks for sharing

No time selection required when kneading as the kneading function works at a set speed so just enter your time and the knead function. e.g 20 sec/"Dough mode" .

There is another version of these using egg white. I used the no egg replacer as I converted for a friend who can't eat gluten or egg.

I made these without looking at the blog about a week ago and they were nothing short of amazing. They were so tasty and light. I am about to do them again. This recipe is definitely a keeper and the kids are so excited they can bread to take to school on occasion.
