Gluten Free/Yeast Free Rolls

Ingredients

10 portion(s)

Linseed Mix

  • 1/3 --- cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon linseed/flaxseed

Dry Mix

  • 20 g chia seeds (optional)
  • 130 g potato flour
  • 160 g tapioca flour
  • 110 g besan flour
  • 10 g xanthum gum
  • 10 g GF baking powder
  • 1 level teaspoon table salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 150 g Rice Bran Oil
  • 370 g soda water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Linseed to 1/3 cup Boiling Water and soak for 5 minutes.



    Add all Dry Mix Ingredients to Thermomix Bowl and mix together 15 Seconds, Speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl.



    Add Linseed Mix, Rice Bran Oil and Soda Water. Mix together 30 Seconds, Speed 4, scrape downs sides of bowl. Repeat.



    Place on lined baking tray in dollops and bake in 225 degree Fan Forced oven for 25 minutes.

    Can also use mini loaf tins to make long rolls

Tip

For the Soda Water I use my Soda Stream.

Freezes well and are large enough to slice into 3 for toasting and mini sandwiches.
