These were incredibly fluffy and SO yummy! Makes large portions too. And so so easy. Won't be buying store bought again!!I proved mine in a warm car for 30 - 40 minutes as I didn't have the full hour and the dough had already risen a lot. Came out perfect. Brushed each one with melted butter after cooking.

I am not a confident cook, so during lock down had a go at this naan to go with some left over curry in the freezer, omg, it was amazing, the instructions did not say how long to cook so rolled out very thin and put it in my large fry pan with a spray of olive oil for only a minute or so and it was brilliant. Next time i might try some garlic as well.

I have always made Naan using Bakers flour but I had run out. I found this recipe and thought may as well try it and really not expecting it to be as good. Happy to say it is every bit as good was light and fluffy and comparing the cost of Bakers flour to the plain flour is a great saving. This will now be my Naan of choice. Thankyou for posting.
