Tip
Use whatever fillings you like to suit your tastes.
Be sure not to overfill them.
Once cooked I wrap in cling wrap and aluminium foil or a ziplock bag and pop in to the freezer for an easy lunchbox snack. They thaw nicely in the lunchbox and are ready for lunchtime. They can be eaten warmed or cold.

We couldnt wait to try these so we are eating them hot. We had homemade pizzas last night and had some left over ham and stuff to use up. This was perfect for that! I followed the directions and although I didn't weigh out the dough and we got some big and some small I am super happy! I will definately make a double batch and freeze them for school lunches.

didnt like these at all. I thought they were too big, doughy and not particularly enjoyable. The filling was tasty, but really it just felt like a ball of dough with little filling. Sure I could have filled them up more, but as it was the filling leaked out. Scratch off my list.

What can I say but WOW, they were so easy to do and so delicious. I made them in the evening and left one in the fridge for my 2.5 year old's lunch (not sure if he would eat as very fussy) and froze the rest but he saw it the following morning and insisted on having it for breakfast and ate the lot and even asked for another one at lunch. He's even made up a very cute little song "Pizza Pops, Pizza Pops, yummy yummy yummy Pizza Pops"
