Ingredients

Dough

  • 180 g WARM milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 56 g Butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 470 g bread flour
  • 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, Optional

Glaze

  • 50 g Butter, melted

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the dough ingredients in this order. Milk, yeast, sugar, egg, bread flour, salt, butter & apple cider vinegar (if using).

    Sp 1-6 / 8 secs

  2. Then, knead SpDough mode/ 6 minutes

  3. Turn bread out and shape into a ball and let rise for 1 hour or until double in size.

    Punch down dough and divide into 18 pieces.

    Place on a lightly oiled baking tray. Let rise again until double in size, about 30 minutes.

  4. Bake in in a preheated oven at 200C for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Remove from oven and brush melted butter over the top and serve warm.

Tip

If the dough is too wet, add more flour, 1 tbsp at a time.
