Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients in order
Mix for 7 seconds on speed 6
Knead for 6 minutes
Once finished kneading, put onto thermo mat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes
Break off little ball amounts, and roll out to your desired size, making sure it is thin. ( I roll mine out to the size of my frying pan)
Heat frying pan with a little olive oil, and put wrap in for approx 30 seconds and turn and cook for another 30 seconds.
Before putting each wrap in the frying pan, add another dash of olive oil.

Bloody brilliant and too easy! I made them because I'm trying to reduce my salt intake and store bought has so much sodium. They latest about 10 minutes because the other half decided they were like roti and had a Malyasia deployment memory moment!

I made these last night and they tasted great. My dough was very wet (might have put more than a dash in of milk) but it was fine once I added extra flour.
The other thing was that they had ended up fairly crispy and although soft, they broke when you tried to fold them into burritos. I cooked them in a non stick pan so didn't use any oil, could this be why? Or was the heat up too high?
Will definitely have to try these again, they were delicious regardless!
Thanks for the recipe!!
