Help with GF bread
HELLLLLLPPPPP!! I'm half way through making Cindy's GF bread and suddenly realise I have no millet or quinoa...what can I use as substitue? I hace chia, linseed...etc- I really LOVE this bread and I am making it for a friend so I NEED it to be perfect! lol Please help me!
Just leave out those two ingredients and add whatever you do have in the same vein for equal number of extra grams. eg substitute with extra rice flour, milled up coconut etc. Cyndi's bread recipe always works out beautifully.
Where can i find Cindys bread recipe please?
It is in the 'Gluten Free Wheat Free Cooking' book. You can buy it from your Consultant or through the online store. It has great recipes in it.
