I've heard that a TM recipe exists where salt is mixed with some sort of dried seaweed that contains iodine. Does anyone know what the recipe (and name of seaweed incgredient) is?

The seaweed ingredient is dulse but I'm sorry, I can't help you with the recipe.

Just throw a spoonful of dulse in when you grind your rock or sea salt.
