Does anybody know a yummy recipe for pink icing for fruit buns, finger buns etc., similar to what they use in bakerys?

I looove cooking with my thermie!

Sorry, Emily, I don't actually use a recipe for icing! I guess you could just make a normal butter icing and add some pink food colouring and a bit of raspberry essence. You could be really clever and blitz some raspberries in lithe TMX and strain, then add the liquid to the icing sugar and butter!

Hi Emily

You can also try adding a tiny amount of beetroot juice/puree to the icing sugar/butter mixture and it will go pink. This will give you an all natural icing
