Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Combine almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in TM bowl for 7 seconds on speed 7. Transfer to separate bowl.
Combine dates, cranberries and apricots to TM bowl for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Add all the ingredients together (apart from the shredded coconut) protein powder, tahini, chia seeds, coconut oil and nuts in TM bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Using a teaspoon, spoon mixture into balls of about 30 grams each and roll into shredded coconut, this makes about 20 balls.
