Quick, easy & delicious. I left out the orange rind as I didn't have any but I don't think I would use it even I did. I didn't have time to refrigerate before rolling but they weren't difficult to roll. Nice to follow a recipe where the instructions, speed & time are just right tmrc_emoticons.) These would make lovely Xmas treats.

    Submitted by KirstyB79 on 2. January 2014 - 21:11.

I love these! So easy and delicious. Just a little question though, does anyone know how many grams of condensed milk it should be? The first time I made them I had a tin so it was fine, but the next time I made the condensed milk myself, and half the TM condensed milk batch seemed to be too much (if there's such a thing as too much condensed milk!) They tasted lovely still, but were quite soft (even with refrigeration).
