Apricot and White Chocolate Balls
- 100g white chocolate
- 200g dried apricots
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 35g icing sugar
- 60g Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- Extra coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation
- Place chocolate in TM bowl and grate 3 sec / speed 7. Set aside.
- Place dried apricots in TM bowl and chop 8 sec / speed 8.
- Add remaining ingredients including the chocolate and mix together 8 sec / speed 5. Scrape down if necessary and mix 5 sec / speed 5.
- Cover and refrigerate for awhile (this just makes rolling a little easier).
- Roll into small balls and roll into coconut.
- Keep refrigerated until needed.
- These also freeze well.

These were good!!! I will leave out sugar next time as I found it a bit too sweet. I too didn’t refrigerate. And they worked fine. Just sticky hands

Quick, easy & delicious. I left out the orange rind as I didn't have any but I don't think I would use it even I did. I didn't have time to refrigerate before rolling but they weren't difficult to roll. Nice to follow a recipe where the instructions, speed & time are just right These would make lovely Xmas treats.

I love these! So easy and
I love these! So easy and delicious. Just a little question though, does anyone know how many grams of condensed milk it should be? The first time I made them I had a tin so it was fine, but the next time I made the condensed milk myself, and half the TM condensed milk batch seemed to be too much (if there's such a thing as too much condensed milk!) They tasted lovely still, but were quite soft (even with refrigeration).
