  • 100 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 grams fresh cream of choice
  • 250 grams frozen raspberries
  • 250 grams frozen banana pieces (1 inch chunks)
  • 500 grams frozen full cream milk cubes (use icecube tray)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl in the order listed, and mix for approx 1 1/2 minutes on speed 10, with aid of spatula if required.

Tip

I like to watch for the swirl (looks like a frangipani) for perfect consistency so watch for this and stop when you see it! Serve immediately or freeze until required.
