Ingredients
- 80 grams Raw unsalted almonds
- 60 grams mini marshmallows
- 50 grams Gummy lollies (small size preferably)
- 200 grams 70% Dark Chocolate
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- sprinkles, Optional
- salt, Optional (I use Himalayan Pink Salt)
- Desiccated Coconut, Optional

Place almonds into bowl 6sec sp5 and set aside
Break chocolate blocks into pieces and place into bowl. Grate 10sec sp9
Melt chocolate 4min 50deg sp3
Add almonds, lollies and marshmallows 5sec sp3
Pour mixture into lined dish at least 1inch deep and refrigerate for 30-60min.

Tip
For salted rocky road - add 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt during step 3 (melting cho)
Instead of a dish, you can spoon some of the mixture into mini cupcake cases and put sprinkles on top for a colourful treat for the children
Sprinklie desiccated coconut on top
Add a couple of drops of peppermint oil to chocolate for a minty rocky road.
