Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentOh Im sorry the chocolate
Oh Im sorry the chocolate didn't work out for you? Ive never had a problem with it! You could try blending it at the end to mix the honey and cacao in to it for 20 sec sp6? Or just give it a stir around with a spoon to incorporate it all. Ill try it out again and see if I can see why that may have happened!
The base worked perfectly,
The base worked perfectly, but the choc top didn't. I followed the recipe exactly but it separated with the cocoa and honey making a thick paste and the oil just swimming around it. Everything I tried to get it to work failed. In the end I just melted a bit of dark choc with butter and poured it over and set it. Hopefully it tastes good!
