- 1 tbsp sugar
- 45 g Butter
- 190 g bakers flour
- 4 eggs
- 150 g Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation
Place buttermilk, yeast, salt, sugar and butter into mixing bowl and warm 2 min/37°C/speed 2.
Add bakers flour and mix 4 sec/speed 5. Leave in bowl for at least 30 minutes or until yeast is clearly active.
Add remaining ingredients and blend 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and repeat if necessary.
Ladle spoonfuls onto heated waffle iron and cook as appliance directs.

in the camper had a Jiffy Waffle iron and they turned out beautiful.
