Recipe's preparation
1. Add dates, almonds, cashew, pepitas and shredded coconut to Thermomix. Blitz for 30 seconds / speed 10
2. Add Maca powder, chia seeds, cacao powder and coconut oil. Blitz for 20 seconds / speed 8
3. Roll into small balls and roll into desiccated coconut. Keep CacoaNut balls refrigerated.

I didn't have a few of the ingredients but subsitutes worked very well. I put a little extra cacao in instead of maca powder. A few more almonds and threw a few macadamias instead of cashews. And no chia seeds but was delicious (albeit not as super food-y!). And so easy.

Yummo. I made a few changes (used acai berry in stead of maca and doubled the almonds no cashews) love it so easy and healthy
You could use a protien
You could use a protien powder or acai powder or spiralina. Any sort of "boost" you want.
