  • 400ml tin coconut milk, (or make your own in the Thermomix)
  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 heaped tablespoon cocoa

  1. Add all ingredients, cook for 7 minutes, 90C, speed 4

    Delicious! Have had tins of coconut cream in my pantry just waiting to be used up   tmrc_emoticons.)

    Not overly sweet which is good, have it cooling in the fridge to try out on the kids after school!
