  • 1 cup desicatted coconut
  • 1 can light condensed milk
  • 1 Packet Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1-2 tablespoon water, (only if mixture needs to be moistened)
  • Extra coconut for rolling

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.Place chocolate in bowl and blits on spd 10 for 10 secs.

    2. Place entire contents of arrowroot packet in bowl and chop on spd 8 for 10 secs until all chopped finely.

    3. Add all other ingredients and mix on reverse, spd 5-6 for 10 secs. Scrape sides and repeat.

    4. Roll mixture into balls an coat with coconut or sprinkles.

    5. Place on try or into a container into the fridge to set for 1 hour.

    These are super yummy. Although I wouldn't blitz the chic chips so fine. I like the little chunky bits once they have been in the fridge. Just personal preference though. Still yummy. 😊

    Hi, just clarifying step 1 days place chocolate in bowl, there is no chocolate on ingredient list , is this a typo or have I misunderstood something
