If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Grind chocolate speed 9 / 10 secs
2. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula
3. Add banana and cornfour and blend speed 6 / 5 secs
4. Add eggs and milk and cook 7 min / 90 degrees / speed 4
5. Serve and Enjoy

Made this for my husband and he loves it. Says it is amazingly good. I can see it becoming a regular in our home. I didn't have any dark chocolate so just used milk choc melts instead.
