If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Good ingredients list, ,method needs work though.
I did the mix instruction and then the turbo but it wasn't fine enough. So I did 20sec speed 9. To get the right consistency.
Also skipped the maple syrup to keep sugar content down and used 85g of coconut oil in total.

  • Perfect recipe base to add

Perfect recipe base to add extra ingredients - we always throw in Goji Berries and use whatever nuts we have.  We make these weekly and got sick of rolling them so now we spread the mixture in a slice tray, push it down with the back of a spoon to pack it tightly and evenly and cut into pieces when chilled.  Delicious
