a recipe I use daily at times. Have to hide them from my gransons. I freeze them in the summer. Delicious and so easy to make. I place coconut in a rectangle take away container and then just roll the balls into that. I just replace the lid when I finish making the balls. No waste.

Hi, I was wanting to make these for my husband with a chocolate/coffee flavour.  I am still learning to use my machine, so am not overly confident in how much to add.  If anyone has any suggestions as to adding the coffee and what type etc.  I would appreciate it tmrc_emoticons.)   Thanks Kim.  tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Great recipe! Super tasty and

    Submitted by Shenae_Williams on 27. September 2015 - 18:14.

Great recipe! Super tasty and worked out to be a perfect consistency once they had hardened in the fridge. Can cut the sugar - I only put in 2 teaspoons of honey, and even that was a bit too much. Used a bit of extra coconut oil to compensate. I used chia instead of LSA and a mixture of dried fruit not just dates.

Very nice.  I didn't use any additional sweetner (agave syrup), used chia seeds instead of LSA, and used water instead of coconut oil.  My favourite cafe sells one at $4.

  • These were yum! The protien

    Submitted by tmixmic on 12. September 2014 - 12:05.

These were yum! The protien powder i used wasn't chocolate and I didn't use as much as this recipe because I didn't want the flavour of the protien powder to be overpowering, and it wasn't anyway. I also swapped agave nectar for maple syrup. About to make these again.
