Really yummy. I made it with a mix of the three types of chocolate, basically because that was all I had to make up the total.

the cherry ripe and pistachios makes it. A great gift idea.

  • Delicious and very easy to

    Submitted by gabbam on 18. December 2014 - 14:24.

Delicious and very easy to make!! I just used 2x regular dark choc blocks rather than melts and was fine! If you want your fudge to be dark, use really dark chocolate with 70% or more cocoa. The condensed milk makes the dark choc more like milk choc! Still delicious though!

I put the fudge into patty pans and they're super easy to serve, they're just quite big. Would be good with mini patty pans!

Great recipe and so quick & easy.  I left out the pistachios and added extra cherry ripe as the kids were taking it to school.  Will definitely have to try it with the pistachios at home though tmrc_emoticons.)

  • This was very easy fudge.

    Submitted by bonnielees on 18. December 2013 - 17:58.

This was very easy fudge.  Certainly a lot quicker than other fudge recipes which need to be cooked for a long time.  It sets quickly and firmly in the fridge but softens just as quickly when out on the bench, and in the Perth hot weather lately it doesn't last long before it's really too soft to be enjoyable.

Other than that, a good recipe, I'll be making some to take to my local cafe for Chrissy gifts.  Thank you.

    Submitted by fallimus on 14. December 2013 - 22:09.

Wow! This was so easy to make. This is the first time I've made a fudge and chose this recipe because the pistachios with cherry sounded like a winning combination. Anyway, it's in the fridge setting, I can't wait to share it around at Christmas!
