- 100 grams Shredded coconut
- 80 grams rice malt srup
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 5 grams coconut oil
Top Layer (Pink)
- 100 grams Shredded coconut
- 80 grams Rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 5 grams coconut oil
- 50 grams frozen raspberries

Recipe's preparation
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4.
Press mixture down with back of a spoon into a small silicon loaf pan and place in the freezer.
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4.
Spread mixture and press down on top of the bottom layer and return to the freezer for several hours.
Chop into squares and store in a container in the freezer.
Best served straight from freezer.

These were great and I love that they were a healthy alternative. i used fresh strawberries instead of frozen raspberries and it was so delicious and flavoursome. Thanks for sharing.
Yum! i didn't have coconut
Yum!
i didn't have coconut milk so I added extra coconut oil. This worked ok for the bottom layer, but was too overpowering for the top layer.
I'll make it again and follow the receipe next time.
Very easy, and not a huge quantity.
