Recipe's preparation

    Apricot and White Chocolate Balls
  1. Put chocolate in Closed lid - speed 7, 3 seconds.  SET ASIDE.

Put dried apricots in Closed lid - speed 8, 8 seconds.

Add rest of ingredients including the chocolate to the Closed lid.  Mix together on speed 5 - 8 seconds.   Scrape down if necessary mix 5 seconds speed 5.

Cover and refrigerate for awhile (this just makes rolling a little easier).

Nice and easy. Enjoyed by the whole family. I didn't add the icing sugar instead adding more coconut and was definately sweet enough. Will make again.
