Recipe's preparation

  1. Place marshamllows and 55g of dark chocolate into TM bowl and melt 3mins/80deg/sp4.

  2. Add cocopops amd mix 30sec/Counter-clockwise operation/sp1

  3. Dampen hands with cold water.

Use about 2tbsp of the mixture and form into a log shape, set aside on some baking paper. Make 12 logs.

Use about 1tsp of the mixture and form into a ball, set aside on some baking paper. Make 12 balls.

Allow them to set for about 30mins.

    Clean bowl.

  4. Melt remaining 70g of dark chocolate 2mins/50deg/sp2. Put chocolate into disposable piping bag and snip off the end.

On a sheet of baking paper pipe 12 pairs of antlers. Set aside for 30mins or until firm.

  5. Use the melted chocolate to secure 2 small pieces of pretzel to the underside of each log for little legs.

Use more chocolate to adhere a ball to each log to create a body and a head.

Use a small dot of chocolate to secure a red m&m on the front of the head for a nose. Repeat for the eyes.

Pipe a small amount of chocolate on the top of each head and adhere 2 antlers. Hold each antler in place until chocolate has set enough to hold each antler.
