      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grease and line a rectangle loaf tin with baking paper. 

  2. 2. Break biscuits roughly into Closed lid. Crumble on speed 5 10 seconds (you still want big chunks and texture). Remove from bowl and set aside (no need to clean bowl). 

  3. 2. Insert butterfly whisk. Add water, butter, milk powder, sugar and vanilla to Closed lid. Cook 7 mins, 90d, speed 4 (you may need to start at speed 2 until butter is melted and increase to 4)

  4. 3. Remove butterfly whisk. Add white chocolate to Closed lid and stir on speed 2 for 5 mins to melt chocolate. 

  5. 4. Add crumbled biscuits, cranberries and pistachios to Closed lid and combine Counter-clockwise operation speed 2 20 seconds.  

  6. 5. Pour into prepared loaf tin and press down to even surface. Refridgerate for approx 3 hours or until firm before slicing into pieces.
