- 500 grams pure cream, Buy in carton so when frozen you can just rip carton off
- 500 grams raspberries, Frozen
- 130 grams raw sugar milled
- 2 Egg Whites (room temperature)
- 50 grams soy milk, full fat milk or raw milk

Recipe's preparation
Mill raw sugar, speed 9 for 5 seconds
add frozen raspberries, blitz together with sugar on speed 4 for 8 seconds
add frozen cream, this is where the carton cream comes in handy. Just rip off the carton and chop into smaller blocks. Place into thermomix
add the two egg whites
whiz together on speed 5 foor as long as it needs to combine. Slowly add the milk to help combine it all.
Then either eat straight away or freezer in a large shallow container.

Tip
You can add more or less sugar to your taste.
You may not need all milk or even may need slightly more to help cmobile it altogether
