Easy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

32 piece(s)

condensed milk

  • 80 grams water
  • 150 grams white sugar
  • 150 grams Butter, divided into 90g and 60g
  • 110 grams Dry Milk Powder, full cream
  • 450 grams cooking chocolate, milk/white/dark or a mix

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put butterfly into TM bowl

    Reserve 60g butter and the chocolate (broken into pieces)

    Add all remaining ingredients into TM bowl and mix 6min 90deg speed 4 

    Scrape down bowl and add further 60g butter and the chocolate

    Mix 2min 90deg speed 4 or until smooth and glossy

    Pour into buttered 20cm x 20cm dish (I used 17x28cm) and leave to set on bench or in fridge.
